the frameshakers brand was started by a group of friends (including myself) as a way of documenting and sharing our calisthenics training sessions with the world! The brand started in 2019, just as I was starting my content creation journey, so i used it as an opportunity to develop my skills and test out new ideas in a low-pressure environment.
